I don't fully agree with the following:

When intelligence itself becomes a commodity, optimizing for IQ is like training to be the fastest typist in an age of voice recognition.

Your AQ won't be much use if your IQ isn't at least at a certain level. That said, I do see value in the concept of an Agility Quotient (AQ). Though in the end, it might just be another term for resilience.
